Parenti Villa is a 16-story elderly/disabled high-rise located in the
heart of the historical Federal Hill neighborhood. This building is one
of three elderly and elderly/disabled public housing developments built
in 1973. Parenti Villa primarily consists of efficiency and one-bedroom
apartments, but also includes eight two-bedroom apartments. The two community
rooms located at Parenti Villa underwent renovation in the Fall of 1998.
