| CODDING COURT
Codding Court is a 120 unit family development located in the West End
neighborhood, close to downtown Providence. The property adjoins a high
school, nursing home, and religious social center, and is in an area comprised
of low to moderate-income housing. First completed and occupied in 1951,
Codding Court underwent extensive modernization from 1994-2000, including
