CODDING COURT
Codding Court is a 120 unit family development located in the West End neighborhood, close to downtown Providence. The property adjoins a high school, nursing home, and religious social center, and is in an area comprised of low to moderate-income housing. First completed and occupied in 1951, Codding Court underwent extensive modernization from 1994-2000, including the construction of an award-winning Administrative and Social Services Building. The new building houses the site manager’s office, resident association office, program office, multi-purpose room, classrooms, a kitchen, and computer lab, as well as a storage garage for facilities managment.
