| CARROLL TOWER
Located in the Smith Hill neighborhood, Carroll Tower is a 16-story concrete
high-rise building primarily consisting of efficiency and one-bedroom
apartments. This building is one of three elderly and elderly/disabled
public housing developments built in Providence in 1973. Carroll Tower,
along with Dominica Manor, was designated as "elderly only"
in 1995. Recent renovations to this development's two community rooms
include air conditioning.
